I send warm and fraternal greeting from the East. I am looking forward to the coming year. We have just completed the Master Mason Degree and I congratulate Nicholas G Wier and Joseph C Alger in becoming our newest members. We may have as many as three men who are interested in becoming Masons.

I will welcome ideas for programs during the year. I have attached a proposed schedule for this year, but as you can see, we have some blank dates. I am sure we have some hidden talents among the Brothers.
We will not forget our Surviving Spouses. At Christmastime we will deliver fruit baskets and spend some time visiting and catching up. I would also like to schedule two luncheons for the Surviving Spouses, one in the Spring and one after our Awards Banquet.

Practice will be on Sunday evenings starting at 7pm. We will practice all aspects of Freemasonry, Opening and Closing, rehearsal of all three degrees, Questions and Answers, presentations, Working Tools and Charges. This is a very social time and I urge both new Brothers and those Brothers with years of experience to attend. The new Brothers can learn in a relaxed atmosphere and the senior Brothers have so much to give. You are the history of our Lodge. I haven’t been to a practice where I haven’t laughed and also learned something.

We will be volunteering at “Your Safe Haven” on the fourth Monday of every month. We will start at 3:30pm and usually finish around 5:30-5:45pm.

I would like congratulate both V∴W∴ Randy Miritello and V∴W∴ Maciej Zoltowski for their service as AGL’s this year.

And finally, I am inviting all Brethren of Oneonta Lodge #466 to attend our Communications and help our Lodge grow.
