Our first event for LeadCon begins on Friday Night at 9PM.
Saturday our first session begins at 9AM and we end at 11PM
Sunday our first session begins at 9AM and we are done by noon.

Due to concerns with COVID19 we are offering several different registration packages.

Package A: Overnight housing for four people to a room (two beds), Friday evening snack, Saturday Breakfast, Saturday Lunch, Saturday Dinner, Saturday Snack, Sunday Breakfast. All learning materials. $65 per person.

Package B: Overnight housing for three people to a room (two beds), Friday evening snack, Saturday Breakfast, Saturday Lunch, Saturday Dinner, Saturday Snack, Sunday Breakfast. All learning materials. $80 per person.

Package C: Overnight housing for two people to a room (two beds), Friday evening snack, Saturday Breakfast, Saturday Lunch, Saturday Dinner, Saturday Snack, Sunday Breakfast. All learning materials. $100 per person.

Package D: Package D: Overnight housing for one person to a room, Friday evening snack, Saturday Breakfast, Saturday Lunch, Saturday Dinner, Saturday Snack, Sunday Breakfast. All learning materials. $190 per person.

Package E: Saturday only: No housing, Saturday Lunch, Saturday Dinner, Saturday Snack, All learning materials. $45 per person.

Each chapter will submit their own housing assignments. This was emailed to the chapter advisors.

There are some important youth protection standards that may impact how you register:
1. Advisors and DeMolays may not stay in the same room, unless they are father/mother/son. For Example, “Dad” Smith and Br. Joey Smith may room together. However, Br. Jones may not stay with them.

2. We need to separate DeMolays under the age of 18 and over the age of 18. If your chapter has three 14 year olds and one 18 year old they may not room together. If you need help accommodating this please reach out to “Dad” Brusoe (PWBrusoe@gmail.com) and we will see what we can make work.

3. Each room has two beds in it. Some young men bring a blow-up mattress, that’s fine. Each chapter will need to confirm with the parents of the young men that they are OK with the roommates and the sleeping arrangements.
